Five Lakes Kids Team Member Application

Thank you for applying to serve in Kid's Ministry! Our prayer is that this is just the beginning of a fulfilling service to God's Kingdom that brings you and the kids we serve life in Christ! Although this process can go in any order, here is how this works:

* Express Interest (Attend an Interest Meeting, email kids@fivelakes.church or talk to one of our staff)
* Complete Application
* Meet with Kids Pastor
* Authorize a Background Check
* Schedule a "First Serve"
* Participate in Training (Either an event , video, or during the meeting with Kid's Pastor).

This is just a place to start. You have our permission to try multiple areas to find your best fit. Also, we encourage all our team members to try to be consistent regarding when they serve. We embrace the "serve one, worship one" model and the expectation is that you serve at least twice a month but every week is best. This allows you to build relationships with the same kids over time.
